A man in Italy can make real mermaids. He puts fish DNA in embryos. Or you can get your legs replaced with a tail. You get it amputated then a tail sewed on. Very painful I've heard, unless you ask to get strong pain medications also you get your own pair of Gills to go along with them lungs. As said, EXTREMLY painful.
